I hope the one who answers all the comments is the manager. Because Iām about to blast him out. I ordered specifically no ice 12 scoops of matcha blended with vanilla sweet cream 6 pumps classic syrup and 6 pumps peppermint syrup. Before I order I asked the cashier if I can have the rest in a separate cup because thereās always extras. She says yes. Then the barista wish I knew the name came over agitated looking at the order sheās about to make, so I told her just blend it and put the extra in a separate cup. When she was done and about to pour in the extra cup idk what happened in her mind but she put it down then go clean. So I waited for like a minute or so cuz Iām literally looking. āOh can you please put the extra in the cup?ā She started screaming ā thereās literally nothing to pourā Iām talking she didnāt even pour the whole thing but at that point after she screamed at me I asked to speak to the manager. Worse, he came out saying that she gave me what I wanted. My man, not with a scream. And I asked for a cup of ice. āOur ice machine is downā. Long story short there were people ordering frappes idk where they got the ice to make them. But anyways I called and got my money refunded. Customer service is horrible. They need more training. Donāt scream at people. I didnāt even get to drink my drink right I threw them away. Itās three days later and Iām still...

That same rude lady-employee that makes drinks, the one that everybody is talking about here in the reviews was calling racial slurs to a lady in front of me. First she tell her to "learn to read" after giving her the drinks (please note she called her name and gave her the drinks). When the lady came back she started yelling "you need to read! Learn to read!" When the lady told her that she was the one that gave her the drinks she started mumbling racial slurs, because the lady couldn't speak english well. The lady just walked away after this rude, racist employee of yours gave her the drink with a disgusting attitute. Way an experience this tourist had from us, north americans. This made me nauseous. Seriously. Who the hell is still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first barista rang up the drink wrong. It was supposed to be a London Fog, but she rang it as iced tea. The second barista didnāt know how to make it and no one stopped to help her. A couple other workers started to tell her how, then wandered off. Eventually I got a drink with no sugar. That was fine, I asked for it afterwards and mixed it in. After letting it steep and finally take a sip, I realized she put two different flavors of tea in it. Such a hassle, 10 or 15 mins of waiting to still receive the incorrect drink. And it stinks that no one wants to help their coworkers here. They all saw that poor girl struggling to make a drink she didnāt know and they...
