I stood at the counter with nobody else around and listen to three employees carry on a conversation completely ignoring me finally when I said, excuse me, the one girl turned to me and said how can I help you! I wanted a breakfast croissant and she said they don’t have the stuff to make that, it was 9 o’clock in the morning! So I chose a chocolate muffin that was in the case and got a water paid my $10 and went to eat it at the tables provided in their area and every single one of them were covered in food and napkins And nobody the entire time I sat here after wiping my own table down, came out to clean anything! They just stood back there and talked amongst themselves and then waited on the occasional customer that showed up and made them coffee. Completely rude and uncaring. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I own 2 restaurants and I would never allow my employees to talk to the customers the way this lady spoke to us. She rolled her eyes at my children and wife for simply asking how the smoothies were made. she gave us a smart answer and then said under her breath "wow" to indicate that our question was unnecessary and we were wasting her time. The fact that she stood there with disgust on her face made me quickly tell my wife "lets get out of here" i am not going to tolerate disrespect. The owner should really be more present in this business to see the level of service the employees provide. To be honest, based off the other reviews i am not surprised one bit. I would rather go elsewhere and by a drink 3 times the cost then ever return to this...

4 7 22 cashier cheats me I call her on it and she gets upset. I asked for Cinnamon bun $4.30 she rang up a Guuva pastry for $4.95 plus additional 60 cents tax on top of that. She says it's the machine I tell her Guuva is listed at $3.75. Then I asked what other pastry could she ring me up for that's less than $4.95 she said $3.75 but she didn't do this then she said we can't give you back money. That manager isn't there.
