Antesia initially took my order at this restaurant. While attempting to fill the Coke, the syrup ran out. Itās a very easy fix. Just replace the syrup box and prime the system by pressing the trigger until good Coke comes out. Well, not so much according to Antesia. She looked right at me and asked me if I wanted something else to drink, implying that she was unable or unwilling to repair the problem. I politely asked her to just change the syrup. She looked at me like I just asked her to conduct a miracle. She stated it was very difficult to change the syrup. Having worked many years in the food service industry as a teenager I knew what she was telling me was untrue. I explained that all she had to do was change the syrup and prime the lines. In addition to throwing me big attitude, she rudely informed me that was not possible, implying she was unwilling to do her job. I politely asked to speak to the manager. She went and got him like a kid throwing a temper tantrum. When the manager Rodney came out, he threw more attitude than she did. He said to me, āI was in the middle of changing the syrup until I had to come out and deal with you.ā Talk about extremely rude! I explained to him that his demeanor was, āserious attitude.ā He tried to backpedal, but the damage was done. Iām shocked that Chick-fil-A employees employ a manager and employee like this. Normally Chick-fil-A has extremely nice and professional people working for them. Not at this store. I hope a regional manager comes in and gives them retraining on how to deal with customers. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the Chik Fil A in the airport. As Iāve always been to this Chik fil a restaurant when traveling I have never had an issue until now. I asked for a Chik fil a deluxe with Colby Jack cheese. I get my sandwich, waffle fries are hot and fresh as well as the sandwich but no Colby Jack cheese. I go back to the counter to let them know it was a mistake and the guy who I assume is the manager on duty told me all he had was pepper Jack and American cheese only I asked for the pepper Jack instead. And motioned to give him back the sandwich. He then told me that he could not make me another sandwich but just give me the slice to put on the sandwich. Because there was a line of people and I had a flight to catch with no time to wait I took the sandwich back. Iām disappointed for two reasons. 1) No one let me know about the selection of cheese they had instead they just made a sandwich without giving me the option. 2) the manager didnāt even offer to make another sandwich with the new cheese option I wanted only to give me slice.
Normally in this situation I wouldāve gotten a brand new sandwich or my money back or a coupon to use for the inconvenience. Instead he just went back on his way as there was a huge line of people.
I felt disregarded with no option of a resolution. This was my first time getting the lunch/dinner menu as I always grab breakfast so this was a huge shock at how this turned out. Would love to speak to someone in upper level...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love, absolutely love Chick-fil-A. I had to put it down here. Chick-fil-a is the only fast chain in America that I enjoy going to. From the food to the service it is by far not even comparable in any way to any other fast food chain out there. Unfortunately, this particular store is not anywhere close to the service people come to expect at a Chick-fil-A. I donāt think the people working there even understand where they are working. Not only did they get our order super wrong but when my wife came back the manager dropped the items in the bag with an attitude didnāt even say anything and made a gesture to her colleague as in suggesting āI guess I have to believe she is not lying and give here the foodā. And it seems this is a pattern based on other reviews I have been reading. They screw up your order then get upset and treat you as if you are trying yo get them for food.
Also, though it seems stupid people love coming to cfa, cus maybe is selfish or maybe I am racist for asking to be treated right in a place I am choosing yo spend my money, but customers love to be treated politely and to know there is a place that is very polite like no other place on the planet well that makes us feel nice. That was also lacking here donāt expect the typical āmy pleasureā solutes.
If I weāre Chick-fil-A I would prefer to close this shop. It is more of q disadvantage to its name...
