I know that products purchased at Micropac are pricey, but I've always had good customer service with them. That is why I always go back to them for my electronic needs. You can also trust that employees know about their products. I went in today to purchase wireless microphones and I did find and bought what I was looking for. But I also took a chance to ask an employee how to go about connecting or installing a product I did not buy from them. He was extremely helpful. And that is just part of the reason why I am willing to give them a five star rating. The main reason for the five star rating is because they really do follow their policies on warranty and repair. About two years ago, I actually had Bose earphones that needed repair and it was a week or so past the warranty date on my receipt. However they took it in anyway and informed me that they were going to get in touch with Bose and that they will notify me if Bose is going to repair my earphones. Eventually I did get a call from Micropac informing me that Bose will replace my product for free, and that they were going to call me back when it came in. It took time, but ultimately I did get a call from Micropac to pick up my new Bose earphones. I still use those earphones daily. How are you supposed to inspect the item and see if it is satisfactory if you cannot open the package? They did warn me of the policy when I purchased Bose Sunglasses on December 20th as a gift but I thought they would be reasonable in the event I needed to exchange them. As it turned out, the person I bought the sunglasses for wanted another style, so when I brought the item back on December 27th to exchange, they would not accept it because the package had been opened. Read moreI bought a Bose sound bar from Micropac a few years ago but it broke last month. I almost disposed of it but I asked if they could repair it and they said they could, I would just need to bring it down to their main store in Tamuning.
Brought it down, they tested it, told me what was wrong and said it needed a new PCB. They had one board left in stock... they repaired it in less than an hour!
I appreciated how professional the tech was when he explained what was wrong and when he called to inform me everything was done.
