Tree Bar — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

I will need to retract my previous statement about Tree Bar.

My resent experience was not Great. It was a FAIL. I invited 5 friends that night. Service was SLOW and it wasn't even that busy. Had to WAVE👋🏼down staff. The food was alright. Basic Ala Cart. Ordered the burger which I asked Medium Well but received Medium. Patty was pink. No BLENDED drinks available. Even thought it was on the menu. Friends had to order cup of ice because the bottle of Bud Light was warm. Drinking $10 Strawberry Hennessy almost full cup for several orders. Got a 1/2 cup that was mostly ice. If you removed the ice it would be about 1/8 or less of the cup of liquid. I bring this up to, I think is the manager (island wear shirt) asked him if this $10 drink is FAIR & WORTH IT, he said "YES", I was shocked and said "Oh really". Seeing my perturb look, he decided to take my drink and wanted to fill it up. He did, but I just think he added water or some clear soda, because I couldn't taste the alchohol at all.

For a an establishment being SHUT DOWN for so long, I would assume that instead of having to be argumentative, they would attract not distract patrons by accommodating them so that those same patrons will spread the word and bring business to the...

To be honest, from ignorant bartender to bland service and product, this bar needs much work. It's focus on customers are quite narrow minded as they do not focus on the diverse audience, mainly only tourists, leaving visiting locals as last priority. My friend and I, not only received subpar service, we were uncomfortable throughout our experience and felt as if we were less of a person. I wasn't sure if it was because of our age or the fact that we dressed so mundane that affected our service, however, I do know we had abundance of money we planned on using at your buffet dinner. However, we did not. The food wasn't great and the attitude of your bartenders were worst. Improvements need to be made because with service like that, it eventually becomes an eyesore. However, even though I received such horrendous service, the dinner show was amazing. Please fix these issue before it becomes an inconvenience to your customers. I will more than likely not return, so if it is improved, I will most likely not know or acknowledge because first impressions are lasting...

I have no complaints about the staff or bar portion of Tree Bar and by extension the Hilton. What I do think needs work is the food available at Tree Bar and Cafe Cino. Everything that I have ordered form the menu was overpriced and very underwhelming. There is nothing special or deserving of the price of any salad, very basic flavorless ingredients. The cookies are weirdly crumbly, The pizzas are terrible. Cracker crusts and my chicken bbq pizza tasted like a boiled hotdogs. The burgers and loco moco use cheap frozen hamburger patties, no seasonings, unripe tomatoes, canned mushrooms, flavorless grilled onions, and bottled ranch dressing.
