I started coming to Cafe Cino a few months ago. It is conviniently located in the heart of Tumon, which attract many students and tourist, not to mentioned is open 24/7. Recently, I was experiencing some kind of discrimination towards myself, but I was unable to determine why was this actitud about from management. I was sitting at a table of 4 chairs, and after, one of the managers brought my coffee, Ms.Ally told me to move to a smaller table, since I was by myself. I didn't pay much attention about it, so I agreed. After, that day discrimination against me and other students was more evident. Today management and staff kept looking at us, bringuing menus sending staff to ask question, althought we had order food and coffee already. I felt so uncomfortable, so I went to talk to the director Of F&B Mr. Kevin who was behind the pastries counter, and I asked what was the problem, and that he is making us feel very uncomfortable. Mr. kevin proceeded to say that students come to cafe and buy something and stay at the Cafe for hours. Also, he mentioned that some student have been bringuing outside food which I totally think is disrespectful, and I understand where is he coming from. Mr. kevin said that as long as we buy something then he is ok. Then he kept pacing around us at the table where we were studying for finals. We left and then came back again we bought coffee and tea one more time, and after a little bit other managers from other facilities within Hilton came over to check on us and walking around us like trying to intimidated us. Finally security came over as well and they were pretty much telling us that after one coffee we should leave the premisses. Later security came to apologize about their behavior, but obviously they are the middle men and then just follow orders by Mr. Kevin. I am a middle age women who is going to UOG and, honestly very dissapointed about Cafe Cino management behavior towards students. Specially, since the island population is so small and students are the future of the island. I understand that tourism is the cafe priority, however One way or another we, the students, contribute to the economy...

Convenient. 15% military discount.
As Donald D. stated, it's convenient plus the desserts look amazing, and the coffee is better than what's served at the breakfast buffet.
I wanted wings all week so I finally decided to get some since I didn't want to leave the hotel (I was having a lazy Sunday and it was rainy outside).
Pub Wings $16 Options: Sweet Hawaiian Pineapple Pika or Spicy Mango BBQ, with French Fries
I called down from my room at 229pm and ordered. I requested the spicy mango BBQ. I let them know I wanted my wings well done, crispy. They acknowledged my order and told me it would take about 15 minutes but they would call my room once my order is ready. At 241pm a call came in from the cafe notifying me that my order is ready. Timely.
I walked down to the cafe and there were a few people in line ahead of me since I was paying for my order instead of charging it to my room. Once at the cashier, she asks if I'm military and after confirming, I received 15% discount, which took my order to $13.60. Not bad.
Oh, there is a +10% convenience fee if you decide to dine in. I take my food back to my room to enjoy my wings...
I was surprised. I assumed the wings would be seasoned/marinated in wet sauce with the spicy mango sauce, instead, what I got were plain wings with a side of spicy mango BBQ dipping sauce. :/
I was disappointed. But, the wings (all drums by the way) were a bit crispy and the sauce tasted good. The fries were a bit crispy too...at least they were not soggy.
So, again, convenient and less expensive with...
Read moreOn my recent stay at the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa I ordered dinner from Caffe Cino. I placed my order on the phone from my hotel room. The cafe staff member who took my order was very polite. I ordered the 8oz Angus Burger with apple smoked bacon...it was satiating. I probably finished the burger in 5 minutes because I was so hungry. The burger itself was big and came with fries. The price point was very affordable. To add on, when my order was ready another staff member called my hotel room to inform me so. She was very friendly and professional as well. My order was ready in about 15 minutes and they were really busy that night. For convenience purposes they offered to charge the meal to my room as they had a line of people waiting to order. Very good. To conclude my experience with Caffe Cino, their food, and the staff was warming and exceptional. I look forward to eating there again and trying their other...
