Why do they lock the gates at 6pm but have lots of parking outside the gates? It means you have to walk farther if you want to stay around for the sunset (and we’ve seen multiple cars who didn’t know this get locked in 🤣😑). Personally, best place to go snorkeling on Tumon bay, a varieties of fishes even close to shore. Best view near the break but be extremely careful near the break due to current~ I think there are two lifeguards on duty (the only place that have lifeguard on Tumon bay) Locals said there could be green turtles or nurse sharks...
