Tower of London — Restaurant in Tamuning Municipality

Came here tonight with a couple of my friends and honestly have one of the best nights with them here. I've been here a handful of times before and always really enjoy being here. Its a very relaxed, dive-y, casual spot. We got 3 different orders of wings, fish and chips, and fried pickles and everything was VERY good. I was very happy with the chicken wings with the flavors, the quality, and I think they make their own blue cheese dressing? - SO GOOD. Food and service was fast. Wide selection of beer and liquors. Wasn't very crowded for a Tuesday night, there were some people in there when we got there. Okay so this pub showed up first on the list of best bars in Guam. So maybe my expectations were too high. I found it it had great appeal as far as aesthetics. The barmaid was friendly, greeting me immediately. But, I ordered pulled pork and got brisket instead. She apologized for the mistake and I said no problem, I'll try it. It was not good. I ate less than half of it and pushed it away. She asked me how it was I said not very good, and told her I really don't like beef that much. The Tower of London is the most typical English pub on Guam. Kevin has just taken it over after having spend many years in Itaewon/Seoul. If you want to meet many tourists - it´s not the right place. But if you want to drink some beers out of a great selection - including a great variety from Germany - and meet and talk with local people, all of which were very friendly and had great stories to tell, you will not be dissapointed!
