If I could give zero stars I would. The "Manager" was already being rude to customer when I walked in. When it became her turn to help me, she seemed lost. All I asked for was a screen protector for my phone. I had to find the screen protector because she said she didn't have one for my phone. After finding it, paying $100 for it, I asked her to put it on. When she was putting it on, she kept saying that my phone wasn't a Samsung 23 ultra because the protector wouldn't fit. (It was clearly a s23 ultra. I know what phone I just bought). She then proceeds to completely mess up, making air bubbles all over the screen protector on my BRAND NEW PHONE. then gives it back to me, says she tried her best. I pointed out that it wasn't aligned correctly and that there were air bubbles all over it. She then argued with me and said if I didn't like it, that I was going to have to spend $100 dollars on another protector, and that she couldn't put it on, that I had to. I was being polite trying to solve the problem, when she ordered me out of her store. Meanwhile other customers were behind me in line witnessesing the whole thing. She was so unprofessional, I couldn't believe it. I will NEVER go back to this store. I went to the other Verizon store in town and they were able to help me out like right away. Read moreFrustrating experience. Customer service agent did not explain terms and 2year length of home phone service contract, nor did she mention that an early termination fee could apply. In fact, she didn't even specify there was a contract at all! Wireless calling device did not work in my area, so useless. Also, transaction took too long, and the agent repeatedly made mistakes entering my info. Printer was either offline or out of ink, so I could not get a physical receipt. Verizon needs to do much better: please train your staff to basic levels of competence, and make sure salespeople are transparent. Luckily I can return for a full refund but what a waste of time. The woman who called herself a Manager was rude to the extreme and charged us with "being disrespectful to her" because we stated that her employee did NOT tell us that when we bought $200+ dollars worth of pay as you go the previous day that it would not work in upper Questa AT ALL, and that "everone knows you have to pull over and restart your phone" EVERY time you go north of town LESS THAN FOUR MILES from the store.
