Donna has assisted us in our efforts to select and install shades and blinds throughout our 3 homes - in one instance for our traditional Brick Tudor in Boston and later for two new constructions in Cape Cod. Donna arrived with a large quantity of samples and had good suggestions. Donna is dependable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We have been delighted with our blinds and shades which include over 40 wooden blinds and honeycomb shades. Everything arrived and was installed in a timely manner. When we realized there was one set of blinds that failed to raise and lower easily, Donna immediately re-ordered a replacement which we received within a week and she drove to our Cape home herself to install it! In one instance, Donna suggested we might want to delay the order and installation of a particular type of shade because she knew it was about to go on sale. Donna reupholstered a favorite antique chair that needed to be completely redone. I am most happy with the outcome. The chair looks so nice with the new fabric, and it can be enjoyed and used once again.

The finished product makes clear that Donna takes pride and care in her craft. After reading Donna's previous reviews, we had no doubt she would do a good job. We were more worried about the material we had chosen if it would look right, and it did!
