Ā Ā Ā Read moresorry for the length of this To start off I've only been to Commonwealth Alternative Care Adult/Recreational twice now and both times the parking lot was quite busy but the complete opposite on the inside and even though it was busy on the inside the layout of the building I couldnt even tell and now to one of my favorite things of this facility, is when first entering the building starting the Commonwealth Alternative Care Experience was the lovely aroma permiating from the grow area throughout the whole building welcoming me into a beautiful, spacious, and very clean interior*suggestion *( could be a little brighter on the inside and maybe better product display, etc...) the staff was very friendly and eager to be helpful, which are all great examples of some of the pro's experienced while I was there ,and now for a few examples of the con's (the cons are minor, and aren't preventing me from returning or suggesting CAC to friends and family etc.. in any way, these are more of suggestions to better CAC) the first time I went they only had 1 Sativa flower and the second time they only had 2 Sativa flower instock and a bunch of indica's/Hybrids, so the menu could be better balanced, and the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable on the products they are selling examples: one person behind the counter was saying that they like to use one of the Sativas they had in stock for bed time, I dont know if that was a mistake or intentionally said everyone's body metabolizes Cannabis differently, but still I'd be kinda upset spending Dispensary prices for a high THC % Sativa that was suggested to me that gave me couch lock or put me to sleep,etc... especially when I specifically get Sativa or Sativa Dominate Hybrids to avoid all of the Indica effects and on both visits I made to CAC, I had 2 different staff members help me and each time I asked for some info on the concentrate cartridges that they had in stock. 1st question I asked was: how was the oil extracted to make all the different types of concentrate cartridges (Cold press , CO2, etc...) And the 2nd question I asked was about there different types/class/grades of Concentrate Cartridges (litt,coldpressed,spiked,activ8, etc...) and the answer I recieved was they're all basically the same for both questions) the only reason I mention these cons is because the questions I asked were answered wrong ,and shouldn't have been, especially when they were both answered correctly on the Websites FAQ? section, so it might be a good idea to suggest all current and new hires familiarize themselves with the website, especially patient resources and the...
I was really impressed with this dispensary at first but there is someone employed there who absolutely should not be. I am a medical patient and called 2 times tonight just after 5pm to ask a question about ordering my medication thru their delivery services.. after the first call went unanswered I waited a minute assuming they were finishing something with another guest and tried calling back...Someone answered the phone and without even saying hello huffed that I was harassing the store and they didn't care if I ever came back and to stop calling before immediately hanging up..... Not only was I no where near "harassing" by calling an open business twice (not even uttering a single word to an employee at all) but speaking this way to a medical patient is completely out of line. This is supposed to be a professional establishment that is dispensing medication to patients.... they didn't know who I was or why I was calling before being extremely rude and combative and actually telling me they didn't care if I came back and hanging up... this is no way to run a business let alone a MEDICAL FACILITY. Retail is retail but when you work with patients who need this prescription for their illnesses...its not about dollars.. you should be a little more patient and compassionate or find a different field to work in if you are unable to be a decent human being. Wish I could file some more formal type of complaint so the parent company could look into this and maybe see if the calls are all recorded. I've been a medical patient for about 9 years or so, visiting dispensaries all over MA and I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. Im now anxious to use one of the most accessible medical dispensaries near me....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely disgusted by the customer service . WILL NEVER RETURN. I had an issue with the quanity of a product. As always with medical Marijuana it was a bigger hassle than necessary but laws are laws. About a week later they finally said they were going to replace the amount and to come pick it up. Fortunately I called before I drove up because they informed me that their was nothing they could do and now had no idea that I was ever supposed to receive anything. I hung up out of frustration but when my girlfriend decided to call back simply to ask for the corporate number and the names of the associates me had spoken to she was belittled, yelled at . And flatly refused to be given any names and told to stop calling the store. After numerous times of us trying to call back for the information and them purposely ignoring our calls we finally got ahold of the manager who still refused to give any information or names and hung up yet again. The names I did receive were Amanda, James, and Chris and I will be following up with corporate. They altered terrible representation for the company especially for a new client. The way they spoke to me and my girlfriend was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. I will never do business there again and will recommend to everyone I know that they take theirs...
