I love visiting this location. The staff is always upbeat and ready to help. This location is where the staff enjoys helping people. There are two cashiers that truly stand out. As a regular shopper at this location, I get to see a lot of things. This visit was one that stood out. I wish I got the cashier her name to give her props. As I waited in line the lady in front of me was upset for one reason or another. As she stood in front of me complaining and ranting I just watched. As she approached the cashier she started to get vocal with the cashier as to how long she had to wait in line and they are so slow and so on. The cashier just smiled and listened to her. When she was able to get a word in she politely said ”I am sorry for any inconvenience T.J. Maxx might have caused you”’. If there is anything I could do to make you feel better please tell me? The lady was taken by surprise and said It is not your fault I am just having a bad day and I am glad that someone listened to me? The cashier replied I can't change the way you feel but I can only hope you have a better rest of your day? As the lady left I noticed the smile on her face. Read moreI love shopping at TJ Maxx it's one of my go to places. I ordered a comforter online I saw in the store that didn't have the right size. It said I would get an email when it shipped. I ordered it on July 12. today is July 23 and I STILL have not gotten an email that it was even shipped. I called to find out what was going on, I got a rude customer service Rep who did confirm my order was placed (by me clearly) but had not been processed nevermind shipped! I have never waited this long for something unless it was coming from China. I was going to place another huge order, as I am redoing several rooms in my home but because of the poor customer service and the ridiculous amount of time it takes to process and ship my order I will not be ordering from them online again.
