The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center — Local services in Taunton

The Salvation Army store does a beautiful job, especially in how they serve their community and everything and give great, outstanding clothes. They have exceptional collections. You just really gotta look. They have endless supplies of other things besides clothes. Furniture, movies. I mean, even dishware that you need. It's there, and they're pretty friendly and professional. One day, I accidentally left a dresser drawer, and they saved it for me. I went back, and it was still there, and I managed to pack it in the car, and I said thank you for saving this for me, and they were like. Yeah, we didn't know what happened, and I was like. We couldn't fit anymore in the car, and they were like, well, we've saved it forever. I was coming back, and they were very decent and very kind and sweet. I will always support the Salvation Army store because they give back to their community, and they just don't ask much and return except for maybe donations to help people. I support...

I actually went there to find out how I could donate items, as the phone number is simply a recording without any info on how to. The store is very clean. There was tons of clothing, which I did not actually look through. There was also shelving filled with dish sets, glassware, serving dishes, vases, and other treasures, and also an area of furniture. I was told there were clothing bins on the side of the building and a manned truck in the back of the building from Tuesday thru Saturday and when the truck is full, they close it down. I was also told everything is cleaned and sanitized before it goes up for sale. Some things seemed a tad pricey, but others were well...

Just wanted to get in touch with them about what time I can drop donations off and I had a few questions on what you can donate. I called and went through all the prompts to get to this store and it tells me the correct location and its info. It tells me to press 9 for the receptionist. I do so and it just brings me back the store menu starting with the brockton store, so I have to do the whole process over again and realize that there is no way to get in touch with this store, you just have to show up in person.
