New China — Restaurant in Taunton

This is the best Chinese food you will ever eat. Literally a mom & pop store that's run with their two daughters. They've been here at least 12 years, maybe longer. Delivery is fast, but remember they only have one driver and the pop has to drive as well. The man who delivered our food was courteous and friendly. The pop has delivered at times and he is a very humble and grateful individual. I will only eat Chinese food from New China One!!!

I find it a bit incredulous that someone would complain about the food taking over an hour to arrive after being told 45 minutes. Obviously no concept of traffic conditions or other things that are out of their control. If it was too long then go pick it up and see how long it takes you!! Save yourself a delivery fee!! Also, you got the menu with your card number on it!! Nobody else did. I've used my card on numerous occasions b4 and never had a second thought about it since I got the menu and no one else. I have never had any problems, ever. I'm amazed at how obtuse and lazy some people can be. This place will be here long after your whining...

This place had OK food. Delivery is a bit slow. Waited over an hour for food they said we'd have in 45. People are nice my biggest problem was they wrote my entire credit card number on the top of the menu stapled to the receipt with expiration date. I called to tell them they shouldn't do that and the girl got an attitude. She asked sarcasticly "where am I supposed to write it"? A simple apology would have been nice. If you order from here and use a card, be sure to check the menu for your credit card number. If they keep being careless with peoples credit card numbers this place won't be in business long. My kids wanted orange chicken so we googled the closest place. We walked in to have dinner, immediately realize this is not a dine-in restaurant. It's a take out place. No bathroom. 2 little tables, one of which the employees were occupying. When we sat down to wait for our food, the table and chairs were SO sticky and gross. My children noted the stickiness. Cleanliness is hard to get past for me. Wish we had cancelled the order but we said to make it to go. The crab ragoons were so tiny, they were not bad, but a sad little order for sure. The kicker...a family of 4 take out order...you to throw 2 STALE fortune cookies in there. ...
