I had the most jarring experience of my life at this BK on saturday.
So I pull up and order my food and I asked to change the size of something from medium to small on the order. The girl who was taking our order didn’t know how to make changes once putting an item on a ticket (i assume she was new) so she had to delete our order and resubmit it which then resulted in a forgotten item at the second window. they still made us pay for it after the mistake which is like kinda annoying but also it’s whatever. Then my friend’s impossible whopper was burned and it was probably the worst chicken sandwich ive ever had in my whole life.
BUT the jarring part was after placing our order, we pull up to the first window and the dude behind the counter is literally head down staring off into space and creates what felt like an eternity of awkward silence between us. Then after at least a good 15-20 seconds of just staring off in the distance window open while were just waiting to pay he finally says “sorry……just a lot going on right now….” (mind you we are the only people in the drive thru so maybe he was going thru a breakup or a family death or something idk i was literally like “don’t worry abt it dude”) so once they finally sort out the resubmitting of our order I hand the dude my card and once again he stares like into my soul for another 15 seconds probably before taking it. It was equally concerning and awkward.
Like dawg someone get my mans therapy he was going THROUGH IT mans was depressed af. i felt bad but simultaneously felt like he was one bad order from burning that place down (which tbh i get it i also would not want to work at BK) so like if that’s any indication of what it’s like to work here idk managers step it up...
Read moreDo not visit a restaurant that does not care about what happens to your car while you're inside their restaurant! This review pertains to the franchisee - JSC Mgmt. Group; DBA Burger King. I visited the restaurant and parked my car at the rear of the lot. While inside, their landscaping company had used a blower to clear the rear of the lot and they blew debris directly at my vehicle. I returned to my vehicle to find it covered in leaves, twigs, pebbles and trash, with several small but noticeable chips in the paint. It was obviously intentional because there was a halo around my vehicle that was completely free of debris. I contacted JSC to inform them of what had happened and offered to show them pictures I had taken. They told me they had identified the company that had damaged my vehicle, and offered me a $50 gift card to a local car wash. I was insulted by the notion that $50 would be appropriate resitution for damage that is not correctable by just a car wash; nor does it account for my incurred inconvenience. I found a local detailer that included chip repair as part of their service for a reasonable price of $200. I responded to JSC's offer with request that they remedy the complaint by paying for my vehicle to be detailed. They did not respond, nor have they acknowledged any of the several subsequent requests for a response. JSC Management Group has already acknowledged what took place and that it was done on their property by their employed company. Until they agree to pay for the damage caused, I will be posting details of my experience all over the web and filing a small...
Read moreI placed my order through the app for drive-thru pickup. The order contained 2 sandwiches that were customized in the app (to make them virtually plain). I used Google Pay to pay for the order in the app. Then I drove up to the drive-thru and notified them I was picking up an order placed in the app... they confirmed my name and told me to drive to the second window. At the window, I was handed a drink from the order then the bag. I quickly reached into the bag hoping to pull out a hot fry but it felt room temperature. Once home my buddy and I opened our sandwiches to enjoy. After the first bite, I noticed something tasted differently than expected because the sandwich had not been the way it was ordered. Then my buddy took a bite of his sandwich and also noted his sandwich also wasn't the way it had been ordered. Both sandwiches had all the default toppings. Personally, my orders have been incorrect 2/3 times with the fries being cold. Also, others I know have had the same experience with their orders incorrectly made. There are over 200,000 ways to top a Whopper... make sure to open all your sandwiches before leaving the drive-thru or expect to have to go back or accept that you didn't get your BK your way. Also, something to make note of is the hours for this location have varied from the hours shown on the website, app, and what's shown on the drive-thru window. They were open after 11 pm for one of my drive-thru visits. I will add a photo of the hours from the drive-thru window taken...
