Unacceptable experience. I don't know what is happening to Taco Bell in general, but specifically this location. My friends and I spent nearly $40 on food, and were treated like garbage for daring to order food. If your staff is going to treat customers like scum of the earth for existing and for being customers then maybe reconsider being open or reconsider your staff. The woman at the window was the rudest employee at any fast food establishment ive experienced and we only said the name for the order at the window. She responded to the name of the order by screaming "PULL UP!". Everyone in the car looked horrified by her tone .The food was given to us by shoving the bag into my hands, and the 3 drinks were handed to me at once and angrily. Once we pulled away and opened the bag we realized they forgot multiple items, sauces we ordered, and the burritos/quesadillas were near empty. If you can't be equipped with the employees and processes to put out the same food you put out when you're slow then maybe create a cut off on the app or directly at the window. I rather spend $40 somewhere else where the people treat me like a human being and not the gum annoying them at the bottom of their shoe. Time for your employees to get an attitude check, along with a lower check, or maybe let them go so they get no check at all . Disgusting. This location is a joke and wouldn't be worth going to if it was free of charge. Taco Bell should be paying people to go here so the staff can learn how to be Human Beings...
Read moreI am a dasher I just spent 45 minutes in line at the window waiting to pick up two customers orders to be told when I reach the microphone that I was only allowed to pick up one customers order even though I had two and that they close in 10 minutes and I’m probably not gonna get the other order, because I would have to go get back in line wait another 45 minutes which by this time they would be close if I wanted to get that second customers order . so the first name that I gave them they didn’t have her order because it was too many items and they didn’t want to fill it 10 minutes however minutes before they close I feel like you totally disregard peoples time and you don’t care about your customers I understand that you don’t want regular customers to order more than one order at a time especially when you’re short staffed I totally understand that but seeing how you have a partnership of some sorts with DoorDash and you get a notification that someone has ordered a DoorDash or is on their way to pick it up I don’t understand why a Dasher can’t get two orders at the window at one time it makes no sense whatsoever it’s totally unacceptable and you guys need to do better if I could give you a negative...
Read moreThis is my first bad review for anywhere I’ve ever been. 2 months ago I walked to Taco Bell. Dinning room was closed and I was told to “Walk” through the drive through. That didn’t seem safe to me, so I left. Today, I was standing inside, in line waiting to order for about 3 minutes. When a man that the employees knew walked in, the woman taking orders took his order before mine when I was standing directly in front of her. When I spoke up, the man apologized to me while I was walking away upset. The cashier told the man she knew “don’t worry about him, what can I get for you”. So I turned to look at her, smiled and walked out instead of saying what was really on my mind. I understand you can’t except much from Taco Bell, but the customer disrespect at this specific location is upsetting. Even Taco Bell should be able to do better than this. Everyone deserves a...
