This place is amazing and Tawas area is lucky to have this appliance store in town. I researched prices at Home Depot including other places within an hour drive away this place was the most affordable and quickest delivery time. I initially visited this appliance store about a year ago and looking at refrigerators but everything I saw was more for people with healthier budgets and had to wait on that. Last week our range went out and researched online and locally when I visited the store just to see how much their cheapest gas ranges were I was surprised. I ended with a knowledgeable associate and was well informed about how I needed a natural gas to propane conversion kit and that they also offered them and installation. Anyways I bought a gas range slightly better than the cheapest one because it was within my budget and got way more than expected. They delivered the range and installed it taking out our old range, the staff that delivered it was professional and answered all of our questions including showing us how to use it. I will return here and highly recommend Cole’s Appliance in Tawas to everyone with every budget. You can get high end appliances to appliances for people with kids and budgets so kinda a no brainer choosing this store...

Cole's Appliance is such a fantastic addition to our community! They are still getting things situated in the store but it is organized and cheerful. We needed a new washer and refrigerator. They were great helping us to decide on which washer would fit our needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have an extra of the one we chose, so we were able to get the one on the floor which had just been put out. We had very specific needs for our fridge and Alex Cole was able to order it and they delivered it 4 days later. The installers were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about the product. Best of all? I spent less than I would have at the big box stores! No more driving to West Branch or heading south to...

Purchased a fridge that was on sale over a month ago...3 weeks go by and I'm told it is a floor model and they don't often to deliver to my area...I say OK regarding the delay and let it go another 2 weeks. Finally schedule a delivery and they call the day of, saying "oops, sorry, delivery got cancelled." Nowhere on the website was there mention of an issue w/ delivery -- Only after my order was placed and I inquired as to where the order was did they start making excuses. Needless to say, I have no fridge and a refund. No real apology. No offer of a resolution. Go to anyone other than this company if you want reputable...
