He also suggested that I should take a replacement doorknob set just in case the old one was beyond repair. He also told me he could re-key the new lock if needed. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores here in Toledo Ohio! Oh, by the way, the PB Blaster worked the first time and I exchanged the new unopened doorknob set for oil for my equipment, a new key, and water less hand cleaner, with the help of other employees. Until the other night I have been pleased with their service. I stopped in at 5pm to buy paint. The woman that had to be called to that department was annoyed.
