Had a pretty seamless experience. No confusions, no hassles. Straight forward, I have no complaints. To avoid the leasing charge, I am paying it off same as cash which I am happy they offer for the people that don’t want to pay financing fees. My queen sofa sleeper and recliner are both great and exactly what I wanted. There was a small dent in the frame of the couch, and the guy that delivered it took a picture before bringing it in, sent it to his manager and they are sending someone to fix it, free of charge. Read more7 last night they call me and this girl sounds like she is not knowledgeable. She calls me a different last name and starts asking when I’m going to make a payment. I told her two weeks ago I changed my payment information and that my payment comes out on Saturday. She puts me on hold for like the third time and then comes back and says oh yeah your enrolled in easy pay and it’s for tomorrow, Saturday. I ask to speak with manager and he is very rude even though he says it’s their mistake. I asked she couldn’t look at account before she called on a Friday night? Still thinking of taking item back.
