Awesome shopping experience! My son was not looking forward to going and I must admit with the past experiences i wasn't exactly jumping for joy myself. However by the end we were, the both of us, all smiles..

With all the body issues and bullying problems I felt it was very important to get well made, stylish, and well fitting clothing for my son. The big and tall selection at all the other department stores are not only ridiculously small but try to find the right sizes with their confusing size names and you'll feel my pain... 🤨

The selection here is just amazing and the sizes where so easy to figure out that we both actually had a blast shopping for clothes!!! (shocking right😲).. as a single father you can only imagine how rare that is. Lol

With the all the covid hysteria going on there wasn't really any hands on measuring or anything like that but both the ladies on duty at the time were so patient and attentive that I think we are both quite spoiled for the futurel lol... We must of asked a million and one questions, then we bugged them for fashion advice (being a man this was absolutely necessary) and the many, many trips to the fitting rooms we put them thru the ringer. They never even blinked...Thank you DXL! We definitely found our new go to clothing store!

The Best, I mean the Best Customer Service ever. I went in on 12/27/18 to exchange some pants my husband purchased. The clerk took the pants and bought me the size I needed. After a 30 minute drive home, I discovered that one of the pants was an incorrect match. I called the store to complain, but as soon as I explained what happened the clerk, Ashley said, I'm about to clock out, I'll bring them to you and exchange them there. She was at my home within 30 minutes with the correct pants and a new receipt. She was extremely pleasant on the phone and in person when she delivered the pants. Her Customer Service is unmatched, you just don’t see that anymore. ...

Bought it online? Didn't fit? Aw...didja try it on...take it out of the package? Sucker!!! NO REFUND LOL.

Overall a badly run company, store employees make up for it when possible.

It's a store for office nerds. You see, even though they're right smack dab in the middle of TAYLOR (YEEEEHAW!!!) they will only sell perplexingly ugly, yet expensive formal clothes... while refusing to stock any casual clothes or work clothes. They have all this stuff online, but damned if they're not determined to have lame stores that almost no...
