Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Taylor

Placed an order online today, food was ready and delicious. Not crazy about the smaller portions but overall experience was phenomenal. All the sauces are fresh, the chicken was well seasoned and not dry. I would suggest going in as portion sizes may be slightly better. The dinning area was clean and the line , from what I could see , moved fast. I was greeted warmly and even told to have a great day. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about going to this location, glad I found out for myself. *updated review * I've been here multiple times,with order accuracy and taste it was the better of my local options. That was until my last visit. To be fair, ordering inside of the restaurants at lunch time will yield the best results as far as accuracy is concerned. I highly recommend reading the reviews before choosing to spend your money at this location. Most reviews, which I agree from tested experience, suggests poor customer service and lack of taste consistency. All which are true depending on what time you visit and if you choose to use the App. In my opinion don't order from the app or online at all just go in. The food wasn’t bad besides they ran out of the chipotle honey chicken. Which I get but another employee said they had some at the other station, the lady taking our order rolled her eyes and told us they still don’t have any but didn’t look. 3 people have asked for napkins in the process of this because there are none for customers. The ice was empty so when we asked for ice for our drink I was ignored by the 2 workers standing there with what seemed to be a friend joking around with them but did not make any purchase. After asking again I got more attitude and and more eye rolling. Staff here isn’t friendly, as I was eating my food, I literally saw a customer walk up to the counter, stood there for 1-3 mins with no greeting at all and no one else in here besides the “manager” standing down by the register. He walked out. I don’t blame him. I won’t return here, this visit was the last straw for me. This location is always out of everything, ouf chicken Al pastor, out of fajita veggies, out of lettuce and out of steak. The staff is rude, not friendly, and they just stare you down like you inconvenienced them. I love chipotle, but unfortuantely they’ve gone down hill I hate to admit over the last few years. Sad.
