I would love to give this place a 5 star as I enjoy the stuff they sell and overall its useful shop for niche items but unfortunately the employees also make the store. Everytime i come to the store its very unwelcoming and overwhelming they will have 5 employees pretending to be customers and they will sit over your shoulder and stalk over you while you look at anything in their store if you talk about it or look at the item you will be asked constantly if you need help with that or if theres anything they can do. Its very overwhelming and rude to have people sit there over your shoulder and follow you around as you shop it makes me never want to go there again. The store used to never be this way they would just have 1 person at the counter attending to everyone and they wouldnt ask you 5 times in a row if you need help or make you uncomfortable. Theres other shops in the mall that have the same items as them and i will most likely just shop there from now on due to the overall rude service i hope this is something they can improve on im sure im not the only customer that has been pushed away by the...

I bought something for my girlfriend here which turned out to be the wrong size, but when I went to return it they told me that they don’t accept returns. There were no signs in store that said they don’t accept returns, or writing on my receipt and I was never told that I was not allowed to return my item.
