I placed a large order through Famous Footwear’s website for Christmas. No issues receiving the order. All Nike items ordered off the website arrived before Christmas as promised and all Nike gear met or exceeded expectations. However, we did have one pair of Nike slides that did not fit and needed to be returned due to sizing issues and that’s when the problems started. It was a total disaster trying to process a simple return with Famous Footwear. From errors with the return process to login issues you name it. And then I received a $15 reward and similar issues trying to utilize the reward with login issues and continued errors. This is the first and last time I will use Famous Footwear. This Discount Footwear company is a joke. Typical easy to place an order but good luck returning, utilizing rewards, or contacting customer service. I will stick with Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI, Finish Line, Macys, Nike Direct, Etc. FYI if you like Nike you can get better deals with these retailers if you are patient and keep checking back. Amanda has by far the worst customer service skills. She gave not only me but the person in front of me so much attitude about wanting to do returns. My order had the wrong shoe sent to me, so I drove an hour down here to do an exchange. When I handed her my phone for my receipt, she smacked my screen several times and scrolled all the way through my purchase history even though I had the order up. She refused to do my exchange until I called customer service myself and they told her to do it. The attitude was unreal and is the reason I'll be doing my business at DSW or anywhere but Famous...

Nice clerks that were very helpful and very nice, got me taken care of in a good and timely manner amid of the busy pace of the store, I can't remember her name but she walked right up, asked if we needed help and told us about how if the shoe we want was not in the store they can check to see if it available, they were so they shipped them to my house.....I think they are a good crew over there go see them, I got taken care of nicely!
