State Liquor and Wine — Local services in Taylorsville

I walk into the store as I normally do. I had my ESA dog with me like I always do. She's young sometimes she has an accident and I immediately cleaned it up but normally she's in a diaper so she doesn't have an accident and the man came out telling me that my dog ain't allowed in there anymore and then he refused to sell me liquor and kicked me out of the store this guy needs to learn customer service and he got mad because I told him for him questioning me about my dog that's a misdemeanor if I called the police he wants to act like a bully. And now 4 months later I go in there I'm in there twice a month the guy comes up cuz he sees me tells me I'm not allowed to come back in there ever again what is wrong with this guy I'm in there all the time no one's ever said anything and now all of a sudden he comes in and says I'm not allowed to be in there he's lying about me cussing him out he comes and rips alcohol out of my arms in front of everybody in line and says I'm not allowed to purchase this guy doesn't run the place and then another lady comes out I don't even know who it is and says if I come back in there I'll be arrested she's not even a cop is...

Horrible customer service! Bought a half gallon and they were out of large bags. I asked if they had anything to put my large bottle in and just got a shoulder shrug. I then asked if I could have a box, they said "no, they are for other customers that buy more than 1 bottle." I tried to explain that I didnt want to go outside and into my apartment complex carrying a visible liquor bottle, its a half gallon, where am I supposed to put it to not be visible? They once again denied me and said they were for other customers and would run out by the end of the night if they gave me "one." I said again that some people dont want to carry visible bottles of liquor. Dont want my neighbors to see, kids or anyone driving past my residence. My kid is in the car and dont want her to see. They were not having any of it so I had to take 4 small bags and wrap my bottle myself ghetto style. The ambiance was bad, they made me feel I was in the wrong asking for something as a customer. They acted very entitled. I requested a small level amount of customer service. I practically begged 3 times. Merry Christmas I guess....

Google maps said it was open, but these stores are apparently closed on any kind of holiday, even a minor one. The state of Utah should allow a private market like most normal places in the world.
