
Went for the first time last weekend and it was like walking into a junkyard, that has the audacity to charge for it! Besides the Vault being “valued” at what can only be described as TRASH…so, is the trash working the cashier! I mean…just read the most recent reviews about those idiots, ringing people up! They are stone faced dummies that don’t have the decency to provide customer service let alone, the lack of communication because they’ve been plucked from God knows where so, it causes a huge language barrier! I posted a comment on their Instagram account, in hopes that the “upbeat” owner, would take in constructive criticism, like a smart business owner would. Maybe even make simple business moves such as, replacing the front “beings” to actual human beings, with feelings, a heart and at least half a brain! But, instead..they delete the entire post so, nobody can see my comment and just like the review below mine…they justify their stupid cashiers by using the “human mistake” excuse, when sure!…. Actual human beings, do make “human mistakes” which usually are made once, especially when it comes to a job setting! But, clearly they’ve been making NOT “human mistakes” because you have to be one first…but rather, one dishonest action after another! I mean, whether you can speak a lick of English or not…everyone who’s anyone, can give body language, facial expressions or even positive vibes. But, these cashiers are giving absolutely nothing! The owner is all bubbly with his big teeth and his corny humor, making it seem like, he is all fun and caring! But, it’s all FAKE and all about cheap labor plus increased revenue! Read moreI’ve seen the marketing on Instagram which is phenomenal. I’ve been wanting to visit this establishment for the last two months and today I was able to stop by at 7:45pm.
HOWEVER, I’ve never felt so unwelcome and unwanted at a store in my life. I walked in and there were no signs stating what the cost of the day was unlike other bin stores. No one was in front of store, which tells you place this place isn’t well organized.
I was going through the bins and by 8:30pm the lights turn off without any rhyme or reason, no announcement was made. It made me FEEL incredibly uncomfortable because according to Google the store closes at 9:00pm. And when you have $100+ worth of items your shopping cart it makes you feel like your time and money is useless.
After this happened I walked to the front and their two registers clearly available but only one register was open. I waited in line for 10 mins while the cashier was gossiping with the customer in front of me. And cashier wasn’t even ringing up the customer she was gossiping with… Keep in mind, the only reason why I came up to the front was because they shut the lights off indicating the store is closing at 8:30pm.
I ended up walking out because clearly my hard earned money wasn’t of any value to them. I’ve been to other competing establishments and never experienced anything like this. I don’t recommend coming here at all because CLEARLY THEY DON’T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Go...
