I was driving by & noticed the amount of awesome looking plants outside & was interested in buying a few flats of a few different plants. They had no price tags on any of the plants I was interested in buying. Went inside to ask for the prices. A bearded guy that worked there came outside to show me where the prices once were🙄... He then went inside to tell me what the prices were that they had on a sheet. Once he stepped behind the counter he acted like I didn't exist & started caring for other customers at the front. Very unprofessional & great way to drive away a new customer! I've never shopped at this store before & his lack of customer service ensured that I won't be giving them any of my business in the future. It would've taken 30 seconds to look at the sheet next 2 the register & tell how much the plants were. I was confused & a bit baffled by his neglect. Take your money elsewhere to a business that values customer service, this place...

I am a Mason by trade but am a DIY at heart. I purchased supplies for installing a dehumidifier under my crawl space. I needed vinyl tubing, metal ducting strap, ring clamps, 3/4 plastic threaded slide on/compression pipe fittings, and trash bags. They had it all and was helped immediately upon entry. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. Much like Burney Hardware. I was pleasantly surprised with the pipe fitting section. If you are in the pinehurst area it's a much better option than Lowes.
