Kroger — Local services in Taylorville

Very upset with cashier Shiela. This is the 2nd time of her being rude! This time she straight up lied to us. She said if we didn't put our phone number in first we would not get all of our discounts. Which is not true. We like doing at the end. All she was worried about was making good times instead of making her customer happy! She was arguing with us in front of other customers. So unprofessional! We tried to tell her we would put our number in as soon as the groceries were loaded onto belt. Other than that I would of gave this store 5 stars. It's clean and well stocked! Everyone else...

Last Wednesday I purchased a block of cheese at this dingy, dark store. I love the Kroger back home in Tennessee so I was excited to swing by the only Kroger near me while visiting my fiancé’s family. When I entered the store I should have just left. It was dark and dirty. I did my shopping and got home and opened this cheese to cut it up and saw the mold. The next day I emailed customer service who promised a response in 48 hours and got nothing. I’m not bothering to drive all the way to Taylorville for a refund but I’ll not be shopping at this...

I'm so over waiting 5-15 minutes for a customer service attendant. No one is ever at the service desk. Then when there is someone they just look at me and say "it will be just a minute" while they sit there and talk about drama or their weekend with someone. I just want to pay my bill so I can go home. The customer service center in the only reason I hate Kroger. If they could just get it together it would be my favorite place to shop.
