Starbucks — Restaurant in Taylorville

We went in to get 3 small coffees and it wasn’t busy. The person working was Maddy. She spent some of the time whining to a customer behind us about not having everything done so she could close in an hour instead of making our coffee. A manager had to come over 2 times and tell her to take care of customers instead of complaining. So 45 minutes later we finally got our coffee and none of them actually had COFFEE in them like they should have and 1 of them was also missing the peppermint flavoring as well. She was also extremely rude while taking our order. If we hadn’t have already paid we would have walked out. Don’t work here unless you want to work every school rush by yourself everyday for weeks, had to quit because it was extremely overwhelming with the lines that would go up into the aisles when I had to work by myself. I also had to work a holiday with no bonus with one other person and it was extremely busy and it’s always understaffed. (You will always work by yourself! Guaranteed. Frappuccinos from Starbucks should have dome lids. This is the only Starbucks that puts a tiny amount of toppings on your frap and then they top it off with a flat lid that everything just sticks to. I am paying over $5 for one coffee and I expect it to be made just like every other Starbucks makes them. Beware coffee drinkers!!! This place does not make your coffee like other Starbucks.
