KFC — Restaurant in Tazewell

You really dont want to ask how my meal was. I have been to this place a half dozen times and ha e ordered the same a 2 piece original chicken breasts, I get charged an up charge of $1.50, and then told they are out of the chicken breasts original. I have been to this store during lunch, dinner, mid day, and around 7, so I can understand the mid day or the after dinner time they might be out, but do not understand always being out and yet upcharging me. So I am sorry but I will not return to this place, If I ever choose KFC again I will travel the 30 minutes to a better managed store. Dont get me wrong I have worked in the fast food industry and have been a store manager, in my opinion something needs to change at this store. Otherwise popeyes will be my choice...

I am always waiting, for chicken or they just ran out, just got 2 breast dinners tonight got home a was putting it on our plate they was fried to burnt most awful I ever saw a dog probably couldn't ate it biscuits were not done in the middle I want to know who to call to get our hometown KFC back like it use to before covid. Ordered 2 piece extra crispy breast meal, and a chicken strip meal with bbq and honey mustard sauce, and some honey for the biscuits at the drive thru. Reiteriated the sauces and honey at the window. Pulled around and parked to eat. Found we actually got a 2 piece original recipe breast and thigh, no sauces and no honey. Go in to counter (very politely), and was told they didn't have 2 extra crispy breasts. So I suppose we just got whatever they had with no consultation about what we actually wanted to do.
