CVS — Local services in Teaneck Township

This CVS location was amazing but it’s standards and service seems to be going down. Employees seem overworked/ understaffed resulting in longer wait times, shelves not being stocked and possibly poor attitudes. Frontend employees are not even wearing the uniform nor do they greet you so you have no idea if they work here or not and seem uninterested. In addition, they are wearing AirPods while working on the floor exposed to customers and really seem like they could care less who came in and who needed help. I called the pharmacy for two days straight and was left on permanent hold. I had to personally come in and waited on a 30 min line while the pharmacist assistant is clearly asking for his two associates to help him and they responded with blank stares.

I hope we can train employees better in this location and add more support. I fear that due to the poor service our local customer will start looking elsewhere and soon this location’s business will suffer. However, I want to thank Debrah. She was so pleasant, welcoming and happy to assist with any and all of my needs anytime she’s there ( she was not working today) We need more employees like her to drive this pharmacy.

Let’s fix this up and get standards, service and overall quality up. Also, add more employees to assist if payroll is an issue it is only due to the poor service and wait times concluding from poor attitudes and lack...

The absolute worst pharmacy department. I was due for a refill for a 90 day supply. When I came to pick it up they only had a 30 day supply. The pharmacist told me to take that and come back the next day for the other 60 day supply. When I came back they said I'd have to wait another month for the rest of the refill. The left hand and right hand don't communicate with each other there. Or they're just incompetent. Plus the parking lot is full of cars using it for other stores in the area or by commuters to New York (the bus stop is right here). Management claims they can't do anything about it because they're just renting the space. So their actual customers have to park far away. Not an acceptable reason. Customers here are not their priority....

Horrible service!!!!!!!!! This place deserves no stars. I came 12/22 around 10:30 am. Miserable old lady working here had an attitude and is in a complete rush to charge me. I had let her know it’s two orders I’m paying for and she proceeds to ring whatever she wanted. Once I told her again it’s two orders she had an attitude and tapping the monitor even harder with her fake nails. She was so impatient and no manners what so ever. You’re supposed to give great service and I felt unwelcome. I won’t be coming here again and I advise anyone else to find somewhere else to shop at and not...
