Direct Line removed old carpet, cleaned up some mold, put down padding and installed laminate we'd purchased from Home Depot together with mouldings for A QUARTER of the price another contractor was asking! And they did the job neatly and cleanly in a single day. We then decided to do a bedroom and closet as well. Once again a great price and great work. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Direct Line. I cannot describe how many hours I spent in his store picking out carpets. Nathan and his team were so patient, helpful and nice throughout the whole process from selection to installation. His prices couldn't be beat and he is a mensch. When there was a minor issue after installation, he sent someone back right away to fix it. I am planning on ordering more carpet for my house now and wouldn't look anywhere else but...
