Rude, unhappy, unhelpful, disrespectful. Harsh customer service skills. I typically do not leave bad reviews, because normally when staff of any company has a bad attitude, it is only because they have had a bad day; I can understand that having an affect on how they treat anyone throughout that specific day. However, that is not the case with this company. It never fails that any time that I or any of my family go in for some help or questions, the staff's comments, remarks, and short "answers" are biting and unkind. The staff treats the majority of their customers like they are stupid and like they are putting them out for not knowing what the staff is paid to know and to answer when asked. Their customers should not be expected to know everything about the staff's field of work; if we did, there would be no need for them. I should not leave a business feeling stupid for the questions I asked and neither should my family; we should leave feeling more knowledgeable by the help of the staff that is willing and eager to answer and educate their customers. This office has to be owner/operator since self respecting employers don't pay their employees to turn business away while being so irrationally irritated at having to do any part of their expected duties that all efforts for customer satisfaction are non-existent. I needed to renew my driver's license this morning & was turned away before I could step completely inside. Despite not having 1 other customer I was told they were booked solid & their next available appointment would be sometime next week. And with that I was dismissed. I walked away without responding. Wow!! These outstanding ladies deserve a good star for working so hard at...

My husband called in asking about his past due tag for his motorcycle and asked how much it would be, he didn't quite understand what she was saying to him so he repeated what she said to make sure he was understanding her correctly and her reply was "that's what I said" with an irritated voice. The appropriate response from someone in customer service should have been "yes sir". Simple as that. Don't have a bad attitude with people asking questions when that is exactly what you are paid to do...answer questions and be...
