Negative 5 stars. The review promts "what did you like about it" and in retrospect my answer is definitely: nothing. Nothing at all. I have been a customer of this place for awhile, even before they switched owners. It still sucks. The slow, relaxed attitude of the employees is more than midly obnoxious. Nobody gets in a hurry about anything around there. They will rock the latest style of Raybans, in all of their seeing glory, while you stand, practically blind, at the counter begging for someone to assist you in ordering new frames/ contacts. Only after you rip your own eyelids off will somebody act bothered with your presence, and acknowledge you with a death stare. I have never had a pleasant encounter at this place and every ridiculously priced order I have ever placed has been wrong or late. I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed. The last experience I had was, to no one's surprise, another fail. I am now having to start college without corrective lenses because of the unorganized and careless manner that this place runs its business. It shames the town...

Absolutely 5 full golden stars! Staff was concerned about some infected styes on my 12 year olds eyelids. They got him in same day and even though they had to do a referral to OU for surgical removal, they were diligent on getting it for tomorrow and even made sure insurance and all routes were good so no hiccups for tomorrow. They went the extra mile and even called and told them how imperative it was he be seen. The ladies are super nice and they were training a new girl. Absolutely love that even though they had customers waiting, the took the time.to show her and made sure she understood without feeling rushed or "asking dumb questions"....

Like so many people will likely agree, the aging experience can be challenging. I am so grateful for the warm and courteous attitudes that I found at Tecumseh Vision Source. I felt respected and welcomed by the staff (I’d mention their names but I don’t remember them all) and the doctor was so easy to talk to and his instructions were very clearly spoken. One more thing: “Thank you all for answering my questions without adding any personal opinion, causing me to feel like going back to see you soon”. I’m going to tell all my friends about my experience at Tecumseh...
