I would, in the past, have given this store 4-5 stars, however personnel seems in need of training: or changing. A friend says times are changing and customer service is becoming a thing of the past. For instance, when returning a defective shoe, they immediately returned the money (good), but appeared disgruntled, though we've been shopping here for years. Staff can instantly turn away from questions or discussions, as if you didn't exist. A friend says that's how things are turning. Read moreThe prices are good, but I was confused when an employee or possibly a manager decided to discuss scheduling issues in front of me for more than 3 minutes while I was waiting for his assistance and then proceeded to tell me that he was going on break and that someone else could help me find what I was looking for. This was very poor taste and honestly made me think the guy was very insecure or something. I wish I would have gotten the guys name. I've never been treated that rudely before.
