This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I took my 5 year old daughter here today for labs. I entered the building with a mask on and was told hat I needed an appointment. I had no clue this is the protocol now. I asked the male at the front (Noe) if they had received my daughter’s lab orders and he told me no- to get them faxed over and they may be able to take her as a walk in (so I guess appointments aren’t “required”?)
We step outside to call the doc, get the labs faxed over, and attempt to re enter the building. The same male (Noe) stopped us at the door and told me that my daughter had to wear a mask to enter. I asked my daughter to put her mask on, she refused and immediately was anxious. Noe proceeds to get within a foot of my daughter and tells her she needs to put her mask on “to protect her”. Excuse me?- you believe that, yet you are invading my 5 year old’s space and NOT social distancing?! She proceeds to burst into tears and hides behind me. I say “sorry, she’s a child, I’m not forcing her to put a mask on” he proceeds to argue with me saying kids 3 and up have to, to enter.
My daughter went here for ESSENTIAL labs. She is post transplant. She has suffered medical TRAUMA and I told “Noe” this- at this point IM upset with how he approached my daughter and is refusing her medical care/ I start to cry. He then says “it’s my coworker, not me, don’t talk to me- I’m on my break” and walks away?!
His coworker then let’s me in. My daughter was crying so hard she had broke out in hives and wax running away down the sidewalk she was so scared to go back in at this point.
This is unacceptable. The way Noe treated my FIVE YEAR OLD is unacceptable. He literally left us both in tears then us not to talk to HIM?!
I’ve called his manager several times and have left messages with no return call. This location is trash and their employees treat you like trash.
It seems several people in town have had issues with this location yet no one is held accountable.
We will never return. What a poor excuse...
Read moreReally wanted to give this business a better review. They do a pretty good job of moving people out of the waiting area, into the blood draw and specimen room and getting labwork results back to the physician and patient in a reasonable time. But the nightmare begins here. Their billing problems and lack of proper payment processing continues to haunt me. I don't want to go back because their logistical problems are just dropped on the patient. At my last visit, I owed (and paid) for an additional test that was ordered by my Dr from previous labs. A basic T4 test (costing $186) which was added to my balance that day and paid in full before the blood draw. End of story, right? No. A couple of months later I get a notice from Quest labs saying that I owe them $186 which is past due. I have the itemized receipt, still, and when I called them they said they have no record of this payment. Showing up with the receipt, clearly marked with the extra $186, they claim this is a different $186 from another test. There were no other tests. I was paid in full and no other tests were run. There's no recourse except to take my...
Read moreLooked on the website and it states that the location is open till 11:30am. I arrived as a walk-in at 10:28am, and let the receptionist the counter know that I would like to get some blood work done. The phlebotomist then walked up and looked at my paperwork that stated I needed a type of kit as well as my blood work. The phlebotomist then took me in the back and explained to me how the kit works; at this time I also found out their hours had changed, and it was not noted anywhere! (6am-10:30am, 11:30am-2:00pm for everyone else who does not know) The phlebotomist walked me out, and let me know I could come back at 11:30am as a walk-in. She then came running out to catch us in the parking lot letting us know that she had an appointment, so she would happily get us in now, as we were already there. HOW INCREDIBLE IS THAT?!?! She was extremely kind and understanding, and will always come back here as long as she is the...
