Nice just needs some name brand stores. Really hate having to drive an hour or more to go shopping. There's a enough food places already. This town needs some decent clothing stores like Hollister or American Eagle or Kohls or anything along those lines that carries clothing for all ages and genders. Trending clothing not outdated clothing and clothing that is reasonably priced not boutique...

As Tehachapi strip malls go, this one gets points for ample parking -- even though entering and exiting the property can send you toward Old Town when you hadn't intended to go there, with nowhere to turn around (so make sure you use the light at Tucker).
