i always research everything, and fountain glen grand isle of murrieta had some good and bad reviews,and we decided to try it out on a 6 month lease and because of the short term lease, we had to pay an extra $50 a month. so instead of $1305, monthly rent was $1355, then they added a monthly $39 sewer/garbage/service fees, which we were never informed of, making monthly rent about $1400. leasing management is nice when you want to move in, but god help you if you move out. we never got situated or comfortable enough in this community and wanted out within the first month of moving into the community. there was constant noise all through the night and day, pet poop on the walk ways and on the carpet outside our door, and parking was the worst. but were told if we broke the lease, we need to give a month notice in addition to paying an additional month rent after moving out. so we were stuck there, but never were comfortable living there and we left the apartment as it was when we rented it. so when it came close to our 6 months lease about to expire, we gave our notice to vacate and even gave them a 2 months notice, so they can find someone else to rent it. we gave them a notice of moving out on july 20 and our lease expired on september 20 and we moved out of the apartment on september 19. we left the apartment in the same condition it was rented to us, even did a thorough cleaning of the whole apartment, including fridge, oven, kitchen, carpet and bathrooms.yet when it came to our deposit being refunded to us, we only got $150 out of the $500 deposit. they were charging us $135 for cleaning, $95 for carpet shampoo cleaning, $95 for paint touch up, and some other bogus scamming charges they can think of to steal our deposit from us. fountain glen grand isle in murrieta, ca was the worst community to live in and they really screw you royally and financially when you move in and when...

I came back with my mom, she immediately loved it too so we leased a spacious 2nd floor unit with a pool view at a very reasonable monthly rate, lower than multi-family complexes that offer comparable amenities in Temecula.
I did not meet any of the leasing agents, our viewing of the property and move-in procedure was handled directly with the Property Manager, Taylor, who was very courteous, documentation was made simple with her help.
Temecula as a whole is an incredibly safe and well planned suburban community, with great shopping, entertainment, and dining options. And history as well having been a historic stage town. So my mom having lived in Los Angeles all her life can't believe how incredible her new apartment is and the town she now calls home. We are very happy here and feel fortunate to have found FountainGlen in Temecula.
I of course highly recommend, the quality of the environment and property surpasses any complexes in the area.
