Please inform your team of the following 1. When a customer orders blond roast coffee, don’t give me dark roast and think I don’t know the difference. Let alone dark roast that has absolutely been sitting on the burner too long. If you’re out of blond roast, tell me, and if you’re going to play dumb and fill my cup up with something other than what I ordered, choose Pike over dark roast. 2. When I order Ice coffee, and I specifically say with Classic, I say that because despite that you are supposed to standard it make it with classic, your inexperienced crew NEVER does and I have a nasty iced coffee, so when I specify with classic, put it on the ticket. 3. You all need help with proper food ordering at this location, and no, it’s not that everything is on back order, because the Starbucks down the street always has more food selection than you. Read moreTerrible customer service. Every time I walk into this establishment, I’m never greeted by any of the employees yet other customers are greeted when they walk in right after me. It’s rude and disrespectful. Also, whenever I order, my order is always wrong because the employees don’t care to get it right. An employee tried to argue with me about the order I PLACED IN and told me that I was wrong on what I ordered. What! I knew exactly what I ordered. I can definitely tell that management has changed at this location because the last store manager and the older employees were on point with their job! The older crew/employees NEVER got my order wrong and they always ALWAYS greeted me with such positivity even while being busy! They had amazing energy!! There was also diversity..ALOT of diversity. Now, the new crew of employees and store manager is HORRIBLE. They have bad energy, they specifically choose who they want to greet, they’re not joyful and definitely not positive. Read moreI go to this store on my days off to get my grande shaken expresso it has been ok experience until today. This lady who is sitting on a table for the handicapped yelling across the store to get attention from employees. It turned out to be she is the store manager. She was laughing out loud and she constantly talking to employees so they have to come out of behind to talk to her. She is so loud I kept dropping the hint so she would tone it down. She put her leg on the chair it looks really bad for the store. I don't understand why Starbuck hire this kind of person for manager or put this person in charge.
