Ordered our food, and noticed on the screen that we were being charged for curly fries. We questioned why, and they said because they are out of regular fires. We then questioned why we are being charged for curly fries when we didn't ask for curly fries and you are out of regular fries. Shouldn't the curly fries be at no extra cost at that point? They fixed that problem, but that was the ONLY good part of our experience here. My husband had to repeat his order 5+ times and in the end, they still got it ALL wrong. They asked what size meal we wanted, and he said (multiple times) "whatever one comes at the menu cost", which turns out to be small. We get to the window and payed and got our food. They gave us larges. When we looked at our receipt, they charged us for larges. When we questioned them about it, they said that we ordered larges. We did not order larges. And they didn't have one of our meals. They made and charged us a medium size on that one. Literally the ENTIRE meal was all jacked up. The manger treated us poorly and refused to admit fault. Read moreHello, I would like raise awareness in how I felt at this store. I waited for about 5 minutes before being helped and in the meantime no one was acknowledging or even saying they would help me. When my order came out, the order was wrong so I went back to the counter and clarified what I had ordered. However, the manager was annoyed that I was saying that my order was wrong. She then turned around and started complaining in her native language (Spanish) to her colleagues . She also took the bag of food (wrong item) and tossed it into the trash really hard expressing that she’s bothered and annoyed by the situation. I do in fact understand Spanish and do speak fluently. Also, when I was opening my car door to get into my car, a car pulled up next to mine into the Handicap parking spot. The driver yelled to close my door so I hurried into my car after putting my child into the car seat and closed the door. It turned out that the car belonged to an employee car and whom was being dropped off to work. I felt very belittled and will never come back...

I felt bad for them this particular day as when I arrived to Jack in the Box late at night, they had a massive rush to deal with that took over an hour to wait for. While the wait would normally be a massive inconvenience, I felt bad for them as I've worked fast food and know how bad the late night rushes can get. I turned off my car every time I had the opportunity to move forward to save gas, listened to music, and tidied up various parts of my interior while waiting. Two cars ahead of me, the driver chewed out the employees there. When I got to the window, I gave the employees recognition for their efforts on this difficult situation at work.
My food came out delicious as expected from a Jack in the Box! But I hope the employees there realize that while it's easy for people to get upset at inconveniences don't let it get to you personally! Management, please recognize them for...
