lam writing to share a Today (before afew minutes ) negative experience l had at your store. I purchased a cup key for $16 and, upon opening it inside the store, I realized I did not like the colors. I politely returned to the cashier to ask if I could either return or exchange the item. Unfortunately, the staff were not friendly or accommodating. I was told, rather abruptly, that this store does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. The tone of the response was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service courtesy. I was treated with a level of frustration and impatience that made the interaction uncomfortable and disappointing. I understand that licensed locations may have their own policies, but l expected a level of customer care consistent with the Starbucks brand. Every time I come in to this location, he always has a bad attitude and he's very rude. I was just there and he got my order wrong and I asked him very politely if he could fix it and he rolled his eyes at me, making me feel as if I did something wrong. He then snatched the cup from the counter and continued to roll his eyes at me. The nerve! That's why I'm only giving this location 4 stars otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Read moreIt was a little rough. We walked in for the BOGO event. It was empty. Cashier was defensive about app download and sign in right out the gate. Not a friendly. I repeat not a friendly. We had downloaded the barcode and when we scanned it she said oh you need to sign in. So we signed in and then of course that wasnt the issue, she just didnt know how to make the drink discount come off. She called a sup over who made the discount appear. I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Frap but was given a regular Carmel Frap and by this point just we just chuckled as I am a 15 year gold card member.
