Atty. Steven Bliss was recommended to me by my officemate friend who advised me to have a Will and Trust. We contacted Atty. Bliss’ office immediately and a week after that, my wife and I already had our initial Zoom meeting with Atty. Bliss. We prepared several legal questions and all of them were answered quickly by Atty. Bliss. After we filled up a short legal questionnaire on Will and Trust, a few weeks later, we received our Will and Trust draft. Finally, a few days later, we had our face-to-face meeting with Atty. Bliss at his Temecula office and there he explained briefly the importance of each part of this Will and Trust Estate Plan. This was also the day when we finally signed this important document.

From our initial call at Atty. Bliss’ office to the signing and notarization of our Will and Trust document, the entire process was so smooth. Atty. Bliss was so knowledgeable with this kind of legal procedure and his approach to us as his clients was remarkable. He was precise with his answers and advice and we feel at ease now with the protection of our financial assets.

This review is way overdue but 5-star nonetheless! After researching lawyers, checking reviews and receiving a strong recommendation from our accountant, we contacted Steve to help us update our family trust/wills after having moved to CA from PA. We were still in the midst of the pandemic, so we appreciated that Steve was able to meet with us virtually.

The process was relatively fast and painless, with Sharon (legal assistant) sending us a questionnaire prior to our Zoom meeting. Steve also has tons of educational information on his website which was helpful to review in advance. In our meeting, Steve thoroughly and patiently walked us through CA estate law and what we needed to ensure our assets were best protected, estate taxes minimized and our wishes honored.

We then had a follow-up meeting in his Temecula office to go over and execute all the documents. We walked out with a detailed binder which included instructions on retitling assets to the trust. We also received electronic copies of everything. I had a few questions afterward, and Steve was quick to respond via email.
