I have had ketamine infusions at several clinics, I would exercise caution with BFF. Ask questions before signing up. I was left alone during my treatment and when calling for help no one arrived for several minutes. I was told by the doctor she was drawing blood from another patient. I don't feel that is a higher priority than a patient receiving a ketamine infusion.

During my infusion is also when I learned that they have little experience with treating for chronic pain and they treat mainly for depression and anxiety which is a completely different protocol. This is not what I was lead to believe during my consultation. Please do your research prior to scheduling at this clinic for your safety.

It is 1/15/2024 and yesterday I attempted to share an email I received from the doctor/owner of the clinic. The email threatened me to remove or revise my review or he would be informing other ketamine clinics of my behavior.

I had thought long and hard about my decision to share this email. Im writing this review to commemorate a phonecall i just had with a receptionist for this clinic. I made an appointment for January 2nd which I cancelled today on the phone after finding out that the prices they advertise through their marketing are deceptive and will be much more expensive on the day the procedures are done. I asked the receptionist if I would get email confirmation that my appointment is cancelled to which she responded 'you'll get a text or an email' but I have received neither. Nor have I recieved my $30 refundable deposit, which im assuming may take a few days. To whomever operates this business or spearheads the financial aspects of it, please note that if I do not recieve that refund OR if I get charged the $79 no-show fee for the appointment on January 2nd that I cancelled today 12/27 I will file a claim with my bank against your business. Also as a reminder, California's False Advertising Law prohibits businesses from making false or misleading statements in advertisements. A conviction for violating this law is a misdemeanor that can result in up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $2,500.
