THESE PEOPLE SERVED ME A COFFEE FROM 7:AM AT THE YIME MY ORDER WAS PLACED IT WAS 11AM. HOW IS THAT A MISTAKE? FIRST OFF WHY DO THEY KEEP 7AM COFEE STILL AROUND ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS 11AM, AND EHY DO THEY KEEP IT AROUND THE FRESHLY MADE AND SERVED COFEE DO THEY NOT KNOW IT CAN BE A LIABILITY AND EASILY BE GRABBED MISTAKENLY AND SERVED. WHO KNOWS WHAT IF THEY HAD SERVED IT TO SOMEONE WITH ALLERGYS OR SOMEONE WHO ORDERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT BUT IS BEING TOLD THIS IS THEIRS.Even after asking the server over three times if that was my order she simply replied"what" "huh"... What is so hard to understand about a simple question"is that my order"? Bad Starbucks and obviously some of the employees lack detail and organizing needs to be better they CANT BE SERVING 7AM COFEE TO PEOPle.Starbucls is A reputable name and the franchise should be VERY DISAPPOINTED EITH THIS LOCATION AND EMPLOYEES, THEY ATE NOT PORTRAYING STARBUCKS NAME AS WHAT IS RECOGNIZED GOR NOR ITS REPUTATION BUT INSTEAD ARE TAINTING IT. Β Β Β Read moreAlways unnecessarily slow. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. One time it took 10 minutes for an iced tea with matcha powder (no espresso to brew, no milk to steam). There was only one person in front of me in the lobby. Batista made a drink that appeared to be mine and set it on the back counter where it sat for 5 minutes until I finally asked the cashier to check the name on it. Another time I purchased prepackaged sandwich from the case and asked for an ice water. This time I waited 7 minutes - apparently the cashier is not allowed to even get water for customers because there were no customers behind me and she stood at the counter doing nothing for the entire 7 minutes until a barista finally made my iced water. Tonight the worker came around to tell us all the lobby was closed. She was not outright rude (to me) but it was a far cry from a positive customer experience (she did however get into it with another customer who was NOT happy about being told it was...
Β Β Β Read moreThanks so much for all your help with the good service but it would have been nice to have the opportunity to not be able to get judgement against you and it's not for a good reason whatsoever, I have a backpack for the fact that I have to do a lot of walking around and the moment it's noticed that you are wearing one is truly the same moment that you are able to get the judgement against you in the worst way and you can not get to be able to get to even enjoy your time now, especially since you are constantly being stared at the entirety of the time that you are there and you are truly just made to feel completely unwanted and not welcomed by the way the people are continuing to watch everything you are doing until the moment that you have decided that you have had enough of this, and you are going to leave on the terms of your own and not anyone else's.... Do not let anyone else but you, make it to where you are going to PICK Up EVERYTHING...
