I came to get a new set so a removal and pedi. The girl first tells me mine are fine even after I showed her all of the ones lifting. So she starts chipping at the acrylic and breaking my real nails I had told her I wanted an overlay. I asked if she could soak them so my fingers don’t hurt. She said fine and walked away. Then she had a bowl with warm water in it and a plastic bag around it and put the acetone in and had me sit for my pedi. I’ve been here for 40 mins now with the pedi and my hands still in acetone. No one came to check on the removal and the girl doing my nails has taken 2 other customers already. I complained to the pedi girl she is super nice and a girl with the tattoos down her arm came over and told me to scrape the acrylic off my nails with my fingers so they will be ready for a new set when my pedi is done. I’ve never been told to do the removal myself. I complained after a few mins to the pedi girl again and she went and told them I’m upset. The tattoo girl came back with acetone and squirted it into the bowl because by then what was in there was gone and it splashed up all over my face and shirt. I told her to remove the acrylic and I’m not putting my fingers back in there and once my pedi and what ever the happened to my acrylic removal is done. I’m paying and leaving. She went and got the portable drill and removed the acrylic and told me to wash my hands when I get home to get the acrylic that is now caked on my skin. I’ve never just left and not finished my set but they seemed too just to help one customer at a time. The young girl that started my nails seemed to inexperienced and just wanting to get as many done as possible....

Read moreMy nail tech is actually out with covid and she did my nails perfectly and her prices were reasonable however I noticed the prices started changing and getting super high and the manager has a major attitude problem they also like to talk about you in their native language and it's obvious. I get my nails a certain way and I broke one so instead of them telling me they couldn't fix the curve in my nail they just did it and it broke again the next day I will never return there unless my original nail tech is coming back my daughter actually got her nails done and they all broke off the next day the manager needs better customer service skills or watch who she talk to cuz she going to run into the wrong person so save your money and go elsewhere...
