Never go at night. I went 30 minutes before closing. I asked for a drink and chicken and a salad. I sat at the drive-through waiting and waiting for my food. Finally they came to the window asked what kind of sauce and dressing I wanted repeated myself twice. Still didn't get the correct dressing or sauce actually didn't get any at all. My drink was wrong did not get my tortillas. Didn't get the correct drink. When I tried to call when I got home no one answered. I called the next day was told we are to busy to talk about this please call later when the manager is here. Called later and heard Over the phone them laughing about my complaint one telling the other oh I spoke to her earlier she is just complaining." Guess they didn't realize I spoke Spanish. Then when I explained the situation was told well I'm not going to do anything about it since they didn't give you a receipt and you didn't call right away maybe try calling tomorrow and talking with someone else. I did call and no one answered because they were closed told well you should have called people are here till 11 they might have answered. I wasn't looking for anything from them but for them to realize what was done and was blown off and laughed at just becathey thought i didnt understand what they were sayingin soanish. The food tasted bad anyways and I ended up eating a dry salad that didn't even have everything that's is advertised on it and the chicken was extremely greasy and the sides were cold. Read moreI'm generally an avid fan of El Pollo. So much so that I had spent $100 as a rewards member which earned me $10 off. I was excited to finally use this on my next visit since I was a bit low on funds (probably from buying too many burritos) so gave it a shot. Unfortunately this particular location had zero clue on how to work this type of transaction and it took over 10 minutes and 3 or 4 separate employees to come look at the screen to try to figure out what to do. Not once during this wait did any of the employees apologize for the inconvinience and they all seemed to carry the same annoyed attitude that I wanted to pay using my reward. Unfortuatley this was not the first time I had encountered an issue with this location (orders not correct, missing items, poor customer service) so this type of experience just seems to be par for the course for them. Cashier came to the window and handed me my card and said he needs cash instead because it 'timed out' because he did not remove the card quickly enough. First time I've heard of that even being possible. I showed him it did indeed charge me and he right away gets an attitude: "I can get someone else to tell you the same thing but I need cash, the same thing happened earlier."
Brother, I don't need to hear it from someone else, I want you to say sorry and acknowledge you shouldn't put peoples money on hold for 3 to 5 days because you can't remember to remove a card.
