I saw there ad on craigslist and there was a specific model I needed for a television, but there store was half an hour away so I decided to call them to make sure they had the exact tv I needed.
I wanted a specific model because it was compatible with what i was using it for. There was also another model that was similar but with an added letter at the end of the model number. I told the associate on the phone that I was looking for that specific model and not the other model that had a similar model number. I spoke with them on the phone for the specific model i needed and they said that there computer showed that they have that exact model and for me to hold to check to see if they had it in the back and they said they did. When I got to the store they unboxed the tv and I checked on the remote under the info menu and it wasn't the model I asked for, but instead was the model that I said I did not want. The model number on the side of the box was also for the model I did not want.
What makes things worse is that they looked on there computer system and said that is the model you want because it says so in the computer system. So let me get this straight, the model number on the side of the box and on the info section on the tv says that it is not the correct model number, but because the computer system has it as the one I asked for it will magically turn the tv into the right one?
They tried to lie to me and sell me the wrong tv even though the physical evidence shows that it was not the one i asked for. They lied to me over the phone and in person. If you are wrong just admit it then move on, don't try to sell the wrong tv to the customer still. Dishonesty may sell more tv's to the average person, but to an informed consumer it will not work. I will never go here again and I suggest anyone else...

Today, I went to pick it up and Jon installed it for me for a reasonable price. To make a long story short, there were several MacBook Pro's for sale so I started to browse as I was looking to add a new MacBook as the Late 2009 was going to be gifted to someone. I found the MacBook Pro that I had been looking for. 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 13" Retina with TouchBar in Space Gray for a super "deal" and price. I could not say no to this deal. Thanks, Jon, for making my second experience at BDIT even better than the first one. You guys rock and I will continue to send friends your way! RK
I purchased a MacBook a year ago. Although it was a Late 2009, White Unibody MacBook, it has far surpassed any other laptop and desktop I have ever owned. I got a screaming deal on it. Brian, the Mac guru at BDIT, really knows his stuff. Since buying this MacBook, I have maxed out the RAM, and upgraded it to a 256GB SSD, both of which Brian effortlessly installed at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend these guys for any electronics and TV purchases. They are honest, very reasonable, and they do take care of their customers. Thanks...
Read moreSo I went in to Best Deal in Town on December 8, 2020 not to buy a TV, but to test a video game console on one of their TV’s, here’s the back story. I was buying a PS2 from an individual on OfferUp and the seller told me last minute that they didn’t feel comfortable meeting at their house which I understood, but I wanted to see if the console worked and that it showed any picture to a TV, me being from the Glendale area, didn’t know what to do as I was already near Ahwatukee and couldn’t meet at my house, since it was 45 minutes away. So I called around from store to store and asked if I could use a TV to test this PS2 and all declined, except Best Deal. It was a weird request but when I spoke with the manager, Jeff, about this he was onboard and excited about it! So I went and met the seller at the store, tested it, and worked with no problems to their TV’s! I even though I didn’t buy a TV that day, I recommend them for your TV needs and I am definitely going to come back if I need one! Their customer service was top notch and even one of the employees was excited to see a PS2 in the store! Jeff, you saved the day for me and I can’t thank you enough! Also if you’re wondering, I took the PS2 apart, cleaned it, then threw it all back together and works amazing now with no disc read problems! Like I said, I can’t thank you guys enough! I am a for sure going to be a repeat...
