Went on Friday night and it was absolutely terrible maddnes. I waited in line just to order for over 15 minutes while my Husband took my son to play games. When I finally got to the cashier I kept my cool and didn't say anything about the wait yet. I just said I would like a large pepperoni pizza to go please, cashier never greeted me instead the first thing she says is that itsy going to be a really long wait! I replied okay.... and again please may I have a large pepperoni pizza to go she just replied with the same thing! At this point I was ignored and she starts to ring out someone in the take out order line. This seemed like it was just going to be a bad night all together with how many people were not happy waiting in line to receive their food. So before she could said anything I just said forget it cancel the order you have yet to complete since I couldn't even order tokens and pay STILL. She just looked at me puzzled and never replied. We left and went to another pizza place down the street! Kinda bummed though I wanted the taste of Peter Piper pizza. Guess this location just can't handle a...

My mother and I visited this particular PPP, last night with my 6 and 2 year old. I'm another review of another PPP, I felt was a fair and honest review, I don't hate the franchise but it's not my favorite.

The staff at this was one awesome. The one gal, with Easter egg colored nails was beyond helpful and cheery. I wish I could remember her name. She happened to be the one person I was in contact with all night as she happened to be the one to be free when we needed something.

She took our order and helped my boys when the ticket reader didn't print, she happened to be the one to help my boys get their prizes. She was super sweet.

My mom wanted to take left overs home, but after getting the prizes the food had been cleared off the table and tossed. Our fault completely for not taking it as we walked away from the table... But mom was upset. Don't know how to send a private message... I have some other good things to say that I don't want to post publicly.

Over all, great experience. Thank you and please give kudos to that gal,...

So I went in during a weekday on my daughters Birthday. Literally spent over 150$ pizzas and tokens and the food took LITERALLY 1HOUR AND 30 MIN. When I asked the lady manager she said its coming so Ibdat doen and kept waiting I went back after 30 min and it still wasn't ready or near being ready so I kindly asked her if I could get something for the wait and she said SNARKY " THERE'S A FUNDRAISER LOOK AROUND EVERYONES BEEN WAITING-SOME LONGER" I was told when I payed the pizza would be ready in 15-30 min and then I still get an attitude, their was only a whole table for the fundraiser and not many people im general. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND I FOUND IT DISGUSTING, ESPECIALLY AROUND MY YOUNG ONE WHO I TEACH TO BE RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE- EVEN MY 7 YEAR OLD SAID "THAY LADY IS MEAN" MAYBE A NEW COMPITANT MANAGER WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO GO. SHE NEVER EVEN SAID SORRY FOR THE WAIT AND WHEN SOMEONE ELSE WENT UP TO GET THEIR FOOD SHE TOLD HER SORRY FOR THE WAIT. I'M NOT THE ONE TO USE THE RACE CARD BUT THAT'S THE...

I think this is my new favorite location, at least for food. The arcade is... well, probably the weakest I've run into. Very biased toward the little kid games, no major titles like Space Invaders Frenzy, Centipede Chaos is there but the token to ticket ratio is pretty bad. The pizza and service though? Tops. As usual i was there for the buffet and this one had a real variety, some from requests and some from staff. Friendly folks serving up the most perfectly cooked pizzas. Crisp crust, perfectly melted cheese, chewy garlic bread, the works. If you know the flavors of Peter Piper that hasn't changed thanks to the very prescribed formula, but the end result still depends on good cooks making the dough and baking it up right. This place has them. If your trip is focused on a good arcade, there's better picks, but for food this may be the best in the Valley. East Valley, no doubt!

Absolutely terrible. There are maybe 8 or 9 games here. They took the slides and tunnel away and all the smaller kid games. There are more seats and tables then anything. And it seems to be more tailored towards adults rather then children. All of the tv's had on sports and the games now take anywhere from 2 to 4 tokens. The pink panther game that they added cheats i got all the way to the bottom where you are suppose to win 100 tickets and it only gave me 10. My daughter was extremely disappointed so i played again and the same thing happened. If you are looking for a real Peter piper go to the one on ray rd don't waste your time here.

Always take my kids here for the games, but don't expect much from the food. What surprised me the most was their wings. Be ready to eat hot/cold wings. Im not sure how they manage that , but after having few nice warm wings there was a few cold ones in there. Our order was missing items that did not come until we was about to leave an hour later. That went straight to the trash as it was still doughy on the bottom. Aside from those issues the games made up for it. I could give this place a 1 star but 3 is for good measure in the hopes that they get it right. It be nice to enjoy the place as a whole with both food and games. Thank you
