I've been here several times now, and had nothing but excellent experiences. A great place to go for both curious first timers and Indian food lovers, though I recommend having Google on your side to look into some of the less typical dishes that aren't as common in other buffets. I have not ordered off the dinner menu, as the buffet is more popular, but you only need to ask for a menu to get one. The buffet is very reasonably priced and has a good selection of North and South Indian cuisine. Drinks are available as part of the buffet, with water at the tables and small cups for Rose milk, Mango Lassi, and authentic Milk Chai. The spice level can be a bit much for those used to much milder Americanized food, but raita (think a bit like a cooling yogurt sauce) and chutneys are available to help with cooling the heat if you need. The garlic naan is included with the buffet and smells phenomenal arriving, usually coming out extremely hot and fresh. All of the food is very authentic and flavored with depth and care. I have mostly had South Indian cuisine, so some of the dishes are not as typical to me, but nothing is disappointing. There is a selection of liquor and beers available, with a good selection of top shelf Indian options that would be difficult to find elsewhere. They pour a 1 oz shot, not a 2 oz shot so you might be surprised if you're used to the more American heavy pour. The atmosphere is very comfortable and servers make constant rounds to make sure that your drinks are full and your naan is stocked. They also keep a bowl of complimentary breath freshening candied spices at the front desk well stocked (Mukhwas, think along the same lines as the peppermints at most other places). Altogether, this place is an excellent time, and for now is a hidden gem that I imagine will get found by a lot more...
Read moreI thought the food was okay. Lots of rice variety selection in the buffet but not enough wide variety. It was nice to try out and I saw this place on a social media account, however, it was overly hyped.
First impressions: customer service was terrible. No host to seat you or place to sign in so people were just bunched up at the entrance waiting for someone to notice.
Our server, did not care if we want any drinks at all, we had to ask three different staff members to refill our waters, we had to ask three different staff members for more Naan and the one staff member that was serving Naan bread was checking in on customers who are Indian but zips past us and ignores us. We had to ask three different staff members to just pay the bill! Honestly, Im a patient man but I almost just said "Forget it! I guess our meal is free?"
Chai tea is watered down. We each got one Naan bread. We had to eat over three dirty plates before someone asked if they want to clear the tables out. But I noticed the table next to us was getting great customer service! They even got hugs and extra Naan bread.
So if you are not Indian, dont come here. I didn't even bother taking pictures or even try to highlight anything here.... it's ashame because my coworkers all told me it was good when it was Chutney's.... I can tell them all to look somewhere else for...

What a week it has been! While it has been busy and a bit stressful, I found the perfect way to unwind today. With no meetings on my schedule, I decided to treat myself to lunch at Bombay House, a delightful spot that never fails to impress.
This was my third visit, and I was thrilled to see the restaurant bustling with energy. The owner was even helping out in the dining room, which speaks volumes about the warm atmosphere they cultivate. I was excited to discover a wonderful selection of Chicken, Lamb, and Goat curries on the menu, all of which are bursting with flavor. The naan was simply divine, and the attentive wait staff ensured that my dining experience was enjoyable, even during the busy lunch rush.
I must admit, I missed seeing Marie, the lovely waitress who has made my previous visits so special. It felt a bit like visiting an art gallery and not getting to see the masterpiece you were hoping for. However, the overall experience was still fantastic!
Bombay House also offers a charming private room, perfect for hosting small gatherings, birthday celebrations, or meetings. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the food is consistently delicious. I can't wait for my next visit to indulge in more of their...
