updated part 2: my clasp for closing my bracelet kept coming open so it fell off and is gone. cheaply made you’ll have it for max 3 months, go to an actual jeweler
update: the bracelet keeps falling off and my charm broke already 5/21 when i got it 5/10

READ PRIOR TO SHOPPING. so my man bought me the charm bracelet here over the weekend. after receiving the bracelet we went online to shop for more charms and noticed if you spend $200 you get a free bracelet. he came in the next day to return and buy online for the free bracelet worth $99 value and they said they didn’t tell him about it because “they didn’t have it available”?!!!! CRAZY! how do you not mention this deal just because you don’t have it to still ensure your sale knowing that ppl are here for that and not even mentioning it????? thankfully we were able to be referred to Scottsdale to pick up the item that was earned for meeting the minimum purchase value but honestly make SURE you know the deals prior to purchasing because they will withhold this info to get your money. highly unsatisfied with this experience because if we didn’t go online that very night then we would have...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed while patronizing a retailer. I ordered a nurse charm 2 days ago for a colleague for Nurses Week. The closest location with it in stock was 25 min away but I selected that as the location to pick up my purchased item to get it in time for the celebration. After I purchased it online, I realized that I should buy an additional charm to meet the minimum money spent to receive the free bracelet. I figured I could just do it in the store when I picked up the charm I purchased. Not only did they give the wrong charm, they also did not have the one I purchased in stock at all. And then they refused to honor the deal for the free bracelet because I didn’t meet the minimum with the charm I was forced to buy as an alternative. I should have been notified 2 days ago that they did not have my charm in stock when they were pulling the order. They should have honored the deal even though I was spending less because it is there mistake. I will NEVER shop at this location or Pandora again. The sales associates were inexperienced, knowledgeable and downright rude. Completely useless and lacked customer service skills and problem...

I went in to do a simple exchange for a clasp(I bought my wife a gift for our anniversary so this is already supposed special) . I paid for the care plan (which applies from the date of purchase and starts a year later, but this doesn’t matter because this wasn’t a warranty issue it was manufacture which was explained to me clearly the day of purchase ) and I also had the manufacturer warranty(1yr I believe not too sure) that should have covered it right away ; the clasp wasn’t ripped off or bent it was broken a nail came off inside from it . Instead of helping, the manager cut me off, spoke to me like I was dumb, and made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They were rude the entire time and completely dismissive.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d avoid this store completely. Take your business somewhere that actually values...
