Read moreIf I could give zero stars I WOULD Bought a couple phones from consumer cellular at this horrible target and I couldn’t make myself like one of the phones so I called and was told I had to return it at the store I had gotten it at so of course as I usually am I was stretched thin for time and had to return it by the day that I went back so rushing to get there all was going fine until the horrible customer service I had gotten from the older manager lady that clearly had some kind of problem w me from the start saying I didn’t pay them anything when I bought it at this store she went back to watch the video she said and proceeded to tell me I hadn’t pd for it so she wouldn’t validate the receipt that they gave me Now if I was tolls to return it to the store I had bought it at and she saw the video of me getting it from the rep from consumer cellular the day I was there then why not return it If you don’t validate the cellular company that you have in your store then you all need to beware because now I have to keep this horrible phone that they said I could return but targets upper management wouldn’t honor the sale they made I’ll never spend one more dollar in target anywhere ever. Walmart isn’t much better but I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was that day ZEROS SINCERELY ONE...
Read moreThe store is ok, but some of the people are horrible. After customer service told us we could set a table up, Ethan, a security guard, threatened to have my 8 year daughter, her friend, and I arrested for trespassing because they were trying to sell slime to raise money for their school. I understand there may a policy, but we did the right thing, asked, and were told that we could do so. There's a right way and a wrong way to handle everything. We asked 7 different businesses if we could set up outside each of which told us no, but they did so with respect and courtesy. That said, does Ethan really have to try to scare a little girl, unless of course that's how Target likes to do business, which is not what I've seen historically. When I went in the store to inform them about Ethan''s conduct, the manager, who was decent for the most part, compared us to beggers. I was there when they cut the ribbon, and my daughter has been going into that store since she was an infant, and now she''s afraid to. At least corporate is trying to make it right. 5 Stars for Target 3 for the manager, 0 for Ethan. That boy does not have the right atitude or temperament for the security or law enforcement profession's...
